The
Master of Arts in Theology program has been designed to address the
needs of educators, pastors, and lay leaders of the Christian churches
as well as those seeking personal theological enrichment. The program
of studies provides a broad overview of the major areas of contemporary
theology while also permitting a degree of concentration in one area
of theology chosen by the student.
Currently
designed for part-time students, the program schedules courses in
evenings during the academic year. Christian Spirituality courses
(CSP) that are cross-listed with Theology (THL) may be taken during
Terms 1 and 2 of the Summer Session. Opportunities for on-line courses
are planned for future summers.
Students
currently working in ministries of the Church or preparing for such
ministries are eligible for significant financial aid.
